After purchasing products the customer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons during 14 days. The cooling off period starts on the day after the customer receives the product or download link for the product. In order to execute the right of withdrawal, the customer must abide by the reasonable and clear instructions provided by LinuXcien B.V. at the offer or finally at the deliverance / download of the product.
If the customer executes the right of withdrawal and the customer has made a payment, LinuXcien B.V. shall pay back this amount as soon as possible but no later than within 28 days after the repeal.
LinuXcien B.V. can exclude the right of withdrawal of the customer for as far as foreseen in paragraph 2, 3 and 4. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only if LinuXcien B.V. has clearly mentioned this at least in time before the conclusion of the agreement.
